Gold's Breaking Out. Juniors Are Next.

First: Gold has broken through $3,400.

It’s not a prediction—it’s a fact. And it's the highest price we’ve ever seen.

Second: The Gold-to-S&P ratio is under 0.61. That may not mean much to most people… but it means everything to me. It tells me gold is still cheap compared to stocks—and we’re likely at the beginning of the rotation, not the end.

Third: The GDXJ-to-SPY ratio—a proxy for how cheap junior gold miners are relative to the broader market—is near all-time lows. You need less than 0.12 shares of SPY to buy one GDXJ. That’s a level we haven’t seen since the last time these stocks exploded.
